Full-Scope Coverage Our standard service agreement includes comprehensive repair and maintenance of all major turbine components, ensuring your asset remains operational for its full design life of 20 years.
97% Availability Warranty We warrant 97% turbine availability, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. In the rare event we do not meet this target, we will repay your Annual Fee for that operational year.
Service Guarantee Our commitment to quality includes covering all turbine parts for the entire duration of the service agreement, providing you with worry-free operation.
Advanced Monitoring & Control With every contract, we provide an internet connection and customer SCADA system, giving you real-time access to turbine performance data and control.
Foundation & Duct Sealing Maintenance We include regular maintenance of turbine foundations and duct sealing in our service, preventing potential issues before they arise.
Blade Maintenance & Repair We cover maintenance and repair of turbine blades due to normal wear and tear after an initial takeover inspection. However, damage caused by external influences is excluded.
24/7 Remote Monitoring & Support Our UK-based team offers round-the-clock monitoring and support, ensuring any issues are identified and resolved swiftly.
Annual Reporting As standard, we provide detailed annual reports, keeping you informed of your turbine’s performance and any maintenance undertaken.
Transparent Pricing The first year of service is offered at a competitive rate followed by a modest incremental price increase each year thereafter. There are no additional fees or profit-sharing requirements for exceeding performance targets.
Flexible Contract Terms We understand the need for flexibility, which is why our contracts offer terms ranging from 5 to 10 years, with a 6-month break clause for your convenience.
Additional Maintenance Services For turbines requiring medium voltage (MV) switching and transformer maintenance, we offer scheduled maintenance at starting price £1,500 per annum, with a 3% yearly increase thereafter.
